Fairly rigorous and lengthy interview process. Involves three steps: 1. phone screen with recruiter, 2. video call with the person you would directly report to, 3. multiple video calls with team members. In my case, step 3 involved two one-on-one interviews with principal/distinguished engineers and two one-on-one interviews with tech leads/senior engineers. Every interview was scheduled for 45 minutes, some ran over to an hour. The team is very well qualified and the hiring manager had tailored the interviews to match my skills and areas of interest.
