Super unprofessional. A technical recruiter had scheduled me for an interview/phone screening. I waited 30 for the recruiter to show but they never did. I then sent the recruiter another email to reschedule and confirmed the date and time as well. I waited for another 30 minutes and they again never showed up! Overall, very bad experience. Wasted my time.
