Right now, Oct 2021, they are doing applications and interviews on the spot Tues, Wed, Thurs 9am-1pm. I went in on a Wednesday morning, had a brief sit down with one super nice lady, she asked a few typical interview questions, (why do you want to work here, why should we hire you, etc.) Then she told me they had hired a bunch of people here recently but they're in the process of moving people "up the ladder" so I would have to wait for them to call me in the next week or two when a spot opens. I could've easily got hired on through a temp service, but she stressed to me NOT to do that, she would rather do a direct hire because that's what they prefer as well as myself. With benefits starting 30 days after first day, how could I not want the direct hire instead of temp service hiring me on "half-way" so to speak. I went home, and the following morning I received a phone call from them offering the position of employment to me right away. So of course I said absolutely! Easy as pie, took only 2 days to be verbally hired on, but there is still prescreening that's mandatory.
