I interviewed at Magna in 2013 for a mechanical engineering position. I first interviewed with the Engineering Manager. The interview consisted of general questions regarding technical background and previous experience. Going over the resume and highlighting the skills that may be a good fit for Magna. The second interview was with the GM. This interview focused more on project management and the ability to multitask and handle new product launches.
