Been applying for years. Finally got an email for a phone screen interview. It was brief. I still have another interview which will be face to face with the Director. I'm so nervous.

Straightforward interview. Video interview first where you record yourself answering preselected questions, If you are selected from the video interview submissions, the next step is an interview over zoom with staff from the unit.

Simple easy situation questions, if you’re not experienced dont worry, they ask a lot of situation oriented questions. The interview itsself was super fast and they reached out fast. The interviewer was nice
