      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Malouf Careers (Logan, UT) in Nov 2013

      Interview

My interview was very informal. I lived a couple hours away from Malouf and the company was still very small at the time so those factors combined to make a very non-standard process. I was brought in to have a private "chat" with the CEO. We talked about the company, what my goals were, and what I might bring to the position. The second time we met was a more formal interview with the CEO, COO, and VP of Sales. We went through the position in more detail and talked about the future of the position. Additionally, they asked more traditional interview questions in the second meeting. An offer was made later that day after our second meeting. I accepted the offer a few days later. From start to finish, the process lasted about 3 weeks.
