The interview process was simple and efficient. I was brought in for a screening interview and it was a very comfortable environment with the interviewer. The next interview was with a group of sales managers. Their questions were well thought out and they were joking around with each other demonstrating the contagious culture at Malouf. I was brought in one last time to clear up any questions about the position and to accept/decline the offer. They were always quick to respond to emails and to let me know what to expect throughout the process.
