Interview
To begin with if you're a straight male don't even bother to apply. You will be heavily straight shamed and made super uncomfortable. You will be asked several questions which are completely unrelated with the position and more with being straight and how would you know about fashion. I also have been passing the analytical tests for 5 interviews during the last 7 years and was rejected because of a "manager" was not willing me to work in Mango. He left they called me again and same story other character I was straight shamed during the interview. Long story short if you're a straight male don't even bother going to the interview, save your time and hopes.
