I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Manhattan Associates (Atlanta, GA) in Oct 2023
Interview
Very straightforward and comfortable interview process.
2 rounds:
1. Behavioral with a potential for a qualitative problem solving case question: Here they are looking to examine how the interviewee would fare in front of a client addressing issues. They are not looking for vast prior knowledge on supply chain or the industry. Be confident, show an interest in supply chain and technology.
2. Presentation: research a Manhattan product and present to a panel about its functionality and how you would improve upon it.
