Interview
Met a recruiter at a campus event during my senior year of college. Three-round interview process. First two over zoom and the last leg in person. Overall, they were extremely responsive and got back to me from anywhere between an hour and a couple days after each round. Got a pretty well-rounded starting offer for full time work. $85k starting with solid benefits and bonuses that put me around $90-95k before tax.
For the third round, they invited us to a social dinner beforehand which helped to break some of the ice. During the actual interview the next day, we had to prepare a case study presentation as well as give a traditional one-on-one interview. Make sure to act quickly and ahead of time with these folks. I submitted my application for full time work in March for work that starts next January.

I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Manhattan Associates (Atlanta, GA) in Feb 2026
Interview
I started the recruiting process back in early February when I met the recruiting team at the GT career fair. After that, I had two interviews within 2 weeks, the second one being on February 18th. I felt very confident and thought I was a shoe-in for the job. I did not hear anything back for two weeks after my interview, despite my followup email. I eventually heard back and was told offers would be extended by the end of March because interviews were still being conducted. After all that time of waiting, I still did not hear anything so l sent another follow up email on April 6th and received another generic reponse saying they did not have a decision yet. On April 22nd I got a generic rejection email. After having a great interview experience, I would never recommend anyone I know to interview here. I put a lot of time and effort into creating a presentation as well as continuing to reach out showing interest and the company strung me along.
