I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Manhattan Associates (Urbana, IL) in Mar 2016
Interview
The interview was unorganized and unprofessional. The representatives that company sent didn't seem were rude and did not give any way to follow up on the position. Therefore, you are left in the dark wondering if you are still being considered for the position. Even when I asked for a way to be in touch, they refused to provide any information and said that they would be in contact (they weren't).
They asked several questions that they didn't seem to know the answer to. Also being an engineer, I gave some very broad descriptions that even people not in technical fields could follow, however topics of a high school education level still seemed to go over their heads.
Overall, this company seemed highly suspect in how much the interviewers treated the candidates, begging certain candidates to come to info sessions on campus just to ignore them. As technology troubleshooting consultants, they couldn't even get the classroom AV equipment to work, so I had to assist! This company has an unprofessional way of dealing with candidates, as I've heard of similar experiences from other interviewees. Do yourself a favor and avoid them.
