It began with the recruiter and then I met with the head of Marketing to whom the position reports. I was invited back a second time for a longer interview and then the final step was a round of interviews with the senior leadership team including the CEO, Chief of HR and CFO. I was not selected for the position although it felt very promising with the team. I did not get a good feeling from the CEO who never made eye contact with me during the entire 30 minutes we spent together.
