Went to college career fair, spoke with representative at table. They liked I knew Java well. Got an interview a month later. It required I answer questions over video that displayed then gave me some time to gather my thoughts then automatically recorded. Mainly behavioral, with focus on technologies I knew and classes I've taken. Months passed. Then on-site interview, with office tour and presentation about what MANH does. Then, every candidate is paired with a MANH engineer and it is up to that engineer how the interview goes. Most people get behavioral, but I got technical. It basically was to re-examine one of my technical questions from the video interview, see if I could come up with something more efficient. Then got asked about HashMaps versus Arrays. Cracking the Coding Interview will be more than enough for this. Recommend you continuously follow up on each step of the process if you dont get a response within 2-3 weeks.
