The hiring process consisted of 2 interviews. The first round interview was on-campus at my university. It was a 1 hour session with 2 30-minute interviews. The interviews consisted of mostly behavioral questions along with a case study. The second round was on-site at the Atlanta office, had 2 interviews and a 5-minute presentation to a panel to answer a design question.

Interviewers are friendly, if you do your research the interview questions aren’t too difficult. I used the STAR method for most answers and prepared ahead and it was great. Make sure to ask questions at the end as well.

This entry-level interview was roughly a ~60-minute interview process with considerate, encouraging interviewers. The interview was a combination of experiential and situation-based interview questions that seemed to be designed to assess how you problem solve and approach various problems!
