I had applied through college or university, 1. There was an online round of 25 mcq questions purely based on c++ snippet codes and java questions and 2 sql queries. Those who were shortlisted were called to there office for face to face interviews,It was a pool drive were many colleges have been invited for this drive. 2. The next step of process was 2 technical rounds plus 1 HR round where every round was an elimination round. 1st Technical round was purely based on fundamental basics of whatever you have learnt and sql questions were almost asked for everyone.(elimination round) and lasted for almost 35-40 mins. 2nd Technical round was not purely technical it was a mix of technical and managerial round where they just ask few technical questions even if you did not know answer to all the questions it would be fine, and few managerial questions and few puzzles have been asked.(elimination round) and it lasted for almost 35-40 mins. 3rd round is the HR round and this was the last round, In this round they were just asking about your background , and what are your strengths and weakness , what motivates you and demotivates and similar kind of questions,It lasted for around like 15 mins. Whoever had cleared all the 3 rounds everyone had got an offer. Happy Ending.
