I had a very bad experience with the company after attending the interview. Attended the interview on working days somehow managing the time. It all started like: Got a call from Manhattan office for interview. I was quite happy and excited to get the chance and I put my best efforts. I attended all rounds of interview technical, manegerial and HR. After the completion of all the rounds I was asked to fill a form with my details and later I got a confirmation email saying I have been selected after the completion of interview rounds and asking for my salary slips, recent hike letter and some other docs. I was told I will get an update in next 3 days. I sent all my details and later after 3 days I dropped an email for the update then I got a reply saying they are working on offer letter and asked me to wait for max 10 days regarding further update. I waited for around 15 days and then dropped an email for update. Then I got a reply saying offer has been denied from business based on internal parameters. They would not be able to proceed further. It was not expected at all from such a reputed company. They took all my details and docs just to let me know that they would not be proceeding further and that too after more than 3 weeks. The experience I had was very disappointing.
