I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Manhattan Associates (Atlanta, GA) in Oct 2022
Interview
The first round was basic behavioral questions, the second round was two interviews with a presentation in the middle. The presentation is on any technological topic and you present to the two interviewers. Afterward, they take turns asking you questions. Overall the process was long and tedious and they never gave me feedback on what I did wrong and why I did not get the position. Additionally, when I scheduled my second round interview, the HR manager forgot to email me the Zoom link and had to reschedule it at the last minute. By this point, it had been my third time interviewing with this company. Every time I get rejected, they never bother to tell me what I did wrong.
