They want to know what kind of person you are and what level of work will you be willing to contribute. The interview was rather informal and easy going which masked the difficulty of the questions. As a fresh grad they were more interested in how I would cope entering into an environment where my colleagues would be at least 3 years elder.
Zeer uitgebreid gesprek met regionale manager. Na intern overleg, kwam er een gesprek met de nationale manager. Vervolgens nog een persoonlijkheidstest via pc en erna gesprek met HR omtrent resultaten. Tot slot Voorstel via mail.

Deux entretiens téléphoniques , puis entretien physique et ensuite décision du siège pour définir l’agence à laquelle on est affecté. Puis on attend 1 semaine pour le résultat final de la part du futur manager.
