Mansfield recruited at my university where I submitted my resume to the recruiter. She followed up with a phone interview which resulted in an invitation to visit the office in Gainesville for an in-person interview. Mansfield paid for travel associated with the interview and it was greatly appreciated as I was still in college. Mansfield provided me with an offer letter the next day before I could even get my Thank-you letters sent out. The interview process could not have been smoother.
