Mapei Stock Analyst interview questions

One of the worst interview experiences of my career. The procurement manager was visibly disengaged, dismissive, and appeared unprepared. There was no structure, no flow, and no attempt to conduct a professional interview. The interview began with “Do you have any questions?”, immediately signalling a lack of interest in the candidate or the process. No effort was made to understand my background or experience. Despite having 12 years of relevant expertise, I was made to feel that my experience had no value and that my time was a waste. The tone and body language throughout were negative and indifferent. This experience reflects poorly on management and raises serious concerns about the company’s culture and respect for candidates.
