I applied through college or university. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Marathon Petroleum (Lexington-Fayette, KY) in Oct 2011
Interview
The interview was on campus, following a career fair. Both HR and Engineering representation were present, and everybody was very relaxed and pleasant. I was very nervous and they very quickly made me feel comfortable. The interview was both professional and personal, they were genuinely interested in hearing about my other work and not just checking off a page of requirements.
