Was asked to meet in person and they looked at my portfolio. Seemed like it went well they liked my work and asked me to do a whole original print and embroidery design collection as an interview project that took a whole week to complete. There was a couple back and forth conversations through email. After I sent it however, I was completely ghosted no matter how many times I followed up. Very unprofessional and disrespectful.
