I found the ad on Linkedin. Same day the HR contact me for a phone interview. First phone interview with the HR then Phone interview with an operational. The third interview was face to face with 2 operational Then feedback on this interview by the HR

2 Phone interview (one with the HR then one with an operational Director) then 1 face to face interview with 2 operational Director. The HR call me for the feedback on my face to face interview saying that I did not ask enough question on their software and they thought that I wasn't really motivated for the job
