Interview process was easy. There was only 1 interview and was called back a few weeks later. Every employee must take a personality test prior to being hired.

Brief phone interview and then one on one interview. The phone interview was the standard process detailing qualifications and duties at previous employers. The in person interview included a personality assessment and a more detailed recount of experience.
