I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at MarineMax (Tampa, FL) in Nov 2013
Interview
In the beginning, when I 1st applied to MarineMax, I had just moved 1500 miles with my family just TO WORK for MarineMax! I was called in after we moved to Tampa and after a conversational 1 hour interview with the store manager, he thent had me take that 'personality exam' which was long and tedious - then after that, a drug screen and once all that was clear, we met for lunch and (me) beers and he laid out the offer in detail. I was very pleased with the offer and it met my expectations completely. Even moreso. I started the following Monday.
