Completed application, sent a personality assessment, over the phone interview and then in person interview. Pretty easy, but personality assessment seemed unnecessary. One interviewer was in person the other was over a phone call.

Interview is a joke. Information given in not legitimate or honest. Postion applied for was denied even though I as a employee had many years of experience. Along with a Associates degree, Bachelor degree both in Business Management, and Certification in Human Resource Management. Was hired in a bait and switch position Just until they could hire someone for ess momey 90 days later. In pther words most employees are hired as stop gap positions.

You will interview with 3 different managers Store Manager, Regional Manager and District Manager. There was also another manager watching the interview process. Was Suppose to get a follow up never received it.
