Covid changed it a bit. It's really a set of basic interview questions and then some get to know ya stuff. It's done via zoom or phone. Use to be done in the office like normal and may go back to that way
Completed application, sent a personality assessment, over the phone interview and then in person interview. Pretty easy, but personality assessment seemed unnecessary. One interviewer was in person the other was over a phone call.
