I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at MarketStar (New York, NY) in Oct 2012
Interview
It was fairly easy, just had to answer a few tech questions. First they ask you to take an online time based multi answer quiz, then they do a phone interview. Its fairly easy, these companies need employees, so they hire a lot, and quickly. Just try to have a good resume with a lot of tech backround(if thats the position you are going for). After that its just paperwork, and getting your uniform, and training days.

Interview
I called them, answered a few questions and then I was on. Pretty easy over all. Just know how to talk over the phone and you're good. Background check took a little while.
