I went through two rounds of interview, one with each manager. They ask you a series of questions with some preset answers and if you mention one of the questions, you get a point. You have to have a certain amount of points to proceed onto the next interview.

Standards are cleanliness and service. What are some ways that you can live up to these standards?
Called me last minute and was short with me during the interview. It was very impersonal and obvious she didn’t particularly care about me as a person. I probably won’t eat there anymore now that I’ve interviewed with her.
You have to know majority of the menu and how to describe certain ingredients that people may not be familiar with, your best bet is to study the menu, Be so much familiar on wine knowledge
