I have submitted the resume, HR called me in 2 weeks, and we have scheduled an interview after another 3 days. Pretty straight forward.
After the interview I have waited more that 2 week to get the feedback.

Why was I interested in the position? Was there anything going on wrong in current role? How was current professional environment and how much did I have on my plate? What were the tasks that I was managing?
