The interview Process was quite good and fast. It was also very informative where they outlined the main responsibilities and duties. I felt more at ease afterwards, knowing what was exactly expected from me.
Il y a eu plusieurs étapes, on rencontre la RH en premier, premier contact par téléphone puis un entretien visio. Ensuite ils rappellent pour un entretien en présentiel, où on rencontre à nouveau la RH, puis le chef de réception, puis un autre responsable. Ça peut paraître impressionnant au début, et surtout pour un poste de réceptionniste.

On parlait en français au début, et puis tout d’un coup, le chef de réception a basculé en anglais. Il m’avait demandé de décrire quelques missions que j’ai aimé effectuer dans mon précédent emploi en anglais. J’avoue que j’ai eu un petit moment de panique, les mots se mélangeaient dans ma tête. Mais ensuite tout s’est bien passé.
