I submitted my application online and received an in-person interview. The in-person interview lasted for about an hour. I sat with the FD manager and then spoke with the GM, overall the experience was very smooth.

Easy and quick. Lot of situation questions, and follow with behavioural questions. If you have experience you will be able to answer easily.
If no experience, need to prepare in advance for different situations in people facing industry.
It was a super chill interview, they definitely used the STAR method and asked typical questions, including about how to deal with a rude guest, and how you deal with a rude or uncomfortable coworker.
