Interviewed with restaurant manager, food and beverage manager, and HR department. The interview structure was relaxed and more conversational then anything. Clothing suggested to be more classic, dress suite for women.

What would you do if a guest told you you did something wrong?
It was in english. The man was very kind and prepared. He explained me everything and walked me around the hotel to show me the main things and how everything works.
