the hiring process was smooth and great and the My GM was a cool guy who always was there to here his employee concerns in the facility. From the time I had the interview with my GM i knew this was my job and my team was amazing. we worked together and assisted each other out when ever there was an issue

Easy and quick. Lot of situation questions, and follow with behavioural questions. If you have experience you will be able to answer easily.
If no experience, need to prepare in advance for different situations in people facing industry.
It was a super chill interview, they definitely used the STAR method and asked typical questions, including about how to deal with a rude guest, and how you deal with a rude or uncomfortable coworker.
