I saw the job advertised on indeed and followed the links to apply which brought me to the Marriott careers page. I signed in and was asked to complete around 20 questions. After being successful in that stage I was contacted via email to arrange a face to face interview. I am awaiting the outcome now but don't believe there is a further interview stage.

In the online stage some of the questions were scaled questions where you chose which of two statements suited you best and the rest were situational questions where you were to read the policies and answer questions based on them. From what I remember the face to face interview questions included things such as why I wanted to work in this position, a time I have had to work closely with a team, a time I needed to ensure i was accurate and paying attention to detail and a time I've experienced negativity or a less positive situation etc
