At first I was interviewed by telephone and then in two days there was a real interview with Assistant of FO Manager and a girl from HR department. A bit too long considering that it was for a NMW paid position. First, the applicant is asked to complete an online personality test, after there is a panel interview with the HOD and another management member.

Mainly behavioral questions. The interview lasted roughly an hour and it was mainly the managers asking how i would react in certain scenarios, how to solve certain problems, explain scenarios where I demonstrated good customer service, team working and time management skills.
