Apply online. You will be interviewed twice. First with the department manager in which you are applying too and then the Director of the department. Interviewer will describe your position and pay, then they will go through a list of basic interview questions first and write down your response in the packet. Then they will ask their own questions, ie. why do you want to work here? The second interview will be get to know you. Process took about 2 weeks.
