Everything goes fast. I submitted my resume and got the interview appointment email the next day. Two days later the HR interviewed me and asked me to answer all questions by using STAR method.

The HR Head interviewed me first. They just asked me basic questions in my first language: My experience, School, How do I know Marriott, my schedule
Then they forward me to the Manager Assistant. They asked me basic question but this time in my second language.

Had one round of screening and another round of interview with the hiring manager & director. They were very friendly and were genuinely trying to get to know me. They answered all the questions I had and asked some scenario questions based on my resume experience as well.
