Waited for interviewer to arrive for 15 minutes, he continued by asking basic interview questions, and then finished by saying I was too young even though I was qualified. I was 18.
Easy and straightforward with availability questions and anything else effecting availability. You talk with a manager and they ask you about yourself and what you like and your hobbies. It is not difficult.

The interview process was easy and fast. Nothing complicated. The HR director was nice. The response was prompt. The questions being asked were fairly easy and very much related to the field.
