Interview
Very quick and easy, they look for your personality as well as your ability to deal with customers. I personally had only 1 interview with my boss and got the offer very quickly as it's an executive position. Managers and higher tend to drill more and have at least one more interview

Interview
First, there was a virtual interview with my manager and later an in-person interview with her and the head of the department. They were very friendly and made me feel at ease. Also, since the interview wasn't with a HR person, the vibe and the questions felt different and suited me better.
