I was contacted by HR two weeks after my online application. We had a preliminary conversation to talk about my background and my salary expectation. I sent a follow up email a week later and then received an email from the coordinator to interview with four internal attorneys. The interview was facilitated on the STAR method. Each attorney spoke of their appreciation of the company’s values and mission. Two weeks after that I received another email for a conversational interview with two paralegals where I was able to asks questions and garner feedback. After those conversations I met with an HR coordinator who had been with the company a few short months to ask questions about the company and any HR related questions. And lastly talk with the senior managing attorney who spoke about the company values and vision for the teams reorganization. Shortly after I received a voicemail from the HR representative to speak about the position. However, after two returned calls and an email I did not hear from her.
