I went through 3 interviews with the first reach out being the Recruiter. The next was a personality test. However, the main focus is the group interview using the STAR method.
Graded on professional appearance, and communication skills throughout the interview. For the STAR portion they grade you on your response in 5-6 different categories. Your responses must be strategically put together in the STAR format (situation/task, action, result. What was the situation or task you were given, what was your actions, and what was the result. They love when the result has a ROI.

After submitting application, a phone interview for the first round, virtual for the second. Average interview, nothing out of the ordinary for this position. Everything went quickly from the first interview to recieving offer.
