I get contacted by a external HR company who takes over the application and am given 72 hours to complete a behavior online assessment test. 24 hours later get contacted again by the external HR and have the 1st phone interview, concluding with their statement that they will recommend me 100 % as a strong candidate. get a email from the executive chef of the hotel, have 2nd phone interview STAR method, very satisfied and with the closing statements (he's) that next week i will be contacted by the hotel HR director with all the official papers and contracts , and we close . I get a thank you email from the department head for my time and hoping to see in person soon. Its 4 weeks today i still haven't heard from them nor have my emails been replied to (1st thanking them for the interview, 2nd a follow up email).
