I had an informal phone interview and was the given an in person interview, After a week I was called back to meet with the owner. I was sent an e-mail asking for 3 references, which I sent to them immediately. My references were checked, but I never received a call back even though I was told I would hear back either way. I believe that I had the qualifications for this position, but I think that my age was against me.

After applying online the manager looks through the applications. They can only see 5 external candidates at a time. If they are interested, they call for a quick background interview. Then I went through a phone screen. Next I interviewed with the General Manager. After a few weeks I also interviewed with the Regional Manager. It took about 2 weeks for them to get back with me and then I did the drug screen and background check.
