I applied through my university and it was a very pleasant experience from my standpoint. I had one in-person interview the day after my career fair, then from there, the process was very quick. Very fast-paced and they stayed in contact at all times. The next step was a personality assessment and then after that, a video interview. They give you time to answer and prepare for the question. After evaluation of the video interview, you do a final video (or in-person) interview with a higher up manager at a random location. Each part of the steps, you would have to verify your locations, preferences, etc. They ensure that you are placed, at least for me, location wise where you want to go. As long as you are firm with where you want to be, they will find somewhere for you. Very quick process and if you are lucky, your recruiter will be very responsive with everything.
