I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Marriott International in Mar 2011
Interview
contacted by recruiter, scheduled some tests, then a phone screen. I was invited to an interview, the HR Coordinator confused me for another candidate when inquiring about my availability. it was a panel interview, they made an effort to make it a bit relaxing, and take the edge off. Overall just not a match for either side, went internal, got decline email 2 days later. good interview nonetheless, good trial run for me.
