I applied online. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at Mars (Haguenau) in May 2019
Interview
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Beaucoup de questions orientées personnalité : comment gérer un conflit, décrire vos succès , vos échecs...
1 HR interview + 1 manager interview + Day (business case + managers interview)
On the interviews be prepared to be asked stupid questions and don't be too ambitious about your career aspirations lmao (#scared)
Business case:
Three technologies: extruder (electric), hot air dryer (gas), Process water heating unit. You are given metrics about running time, cost/hr, % of eenrgy savings, initial cost, CO2 emissions/kwh and the energy consumption in kwh. Compare all three projetcs and choose which one you want to present in front of the board (different types of managers such as vice pres of sales, sustainability leader, operations manager all with different work values)? So you need to create slides to present your business case. What you need to know is that the level of this business case is very easy with simplified data (everyone with a bachelor can do it) Yes, graduate programs have been designed for bachelor 'cause a MSc in UK is too expensive
Interview questions [1]
