I was interviewed at a large conference. The interviewers were very nice and mostly asked behavioral questions. There was a lot of time for me to ask them questions as well. We digressed a little bit. They asked me a lot of questions about past work experience etc. etc.

A virtual interview that involves absolute no face-to-face talking. You'll be guided and introduced to the process by their pre-recorded video. It's just unfortunate that the recruiters have no time to have a talk with the applicants.

Entrevista com o RH foi ok! Na segunda etapa, as perguntas não eram muito claras. Como não conseguiram decidir, fui para uma terceira etapa com uma pessoa que não era do mesmo setor, mas já havia trabalhado nesse departamento antes. Entrevista foi boa, mas tudo isso demorou demais para acontecer. Para o fim, o RH sequer enviou um e-mail dizendo que eu não passei na entrevista
