I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Marsh (New York, NY) in May 2026
Interview
Pinged by a Recruiter on LinkedIn (the same one that contacted me 2 years ago (KT) and completely ghosted me) and arranged a phone screen. That went very well and I moved to a round with the direct HM. Decent conversation, I was able to articulate how I'd handle the role and was promised follow-up either way from KT the recruiter. I followed up via email and LI with the recruiter and received absolutely no reply, just ignored and ghosted for the 2nd time. Lousy way to handle the process and clearly it's the way they do things as it's happened twice now.
