Automated email is sent for you to speak with the recruiter. It was very difficult to schedule time with the recruiter. I asked for confirmation of time and date for our scheduled called. The next day I was sent an automatic email saying that I was not qualified for the job. Very unprofessional for a firm that states they are "Professional".

Initial phone screening ending on a high note. Promise of getting back with a feedback regardless of the outcome. 2 month later a random system notification is sent from the system saying "you havent been selected for the role". Rejection is one thing, ghosting candidates is another. Please do treat potential employees the way you'd like to be treated.

Gut und fair. Testfragen wurden gestellt und es waren mehrere Consults dabei. Fangfragen wurden nicht gestellt, alles blieb fair und freundlich. Habe mich wohlgefühlt und war nicht nervös. Alles gut am Ende, ging auch ziemlich lange so ca. 2 Stunden !
